As a major user of dyneema, nylon and polyester, we can provide webbing and thread material reports, and supply certificates of conformity (C of C) for each batch of product we supply.
Wild Country conforms to an ISO 9001 quality system and carries out on-site tensile testing (3 Sigma) and SPC analysis.
From a development perspective we develop all products here in the UK using our stitch pattern software and CNC sewing facility (accurate to 0.1mm), and our tooling facility can provide manufacturing fixtures and test/inspection jigs and gauges.
